About the role
We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Manager to lead service operations within the St. Louis district. This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the fire sprinkler industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage service staff and new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Manage service operations and meet specific sales, profitability, and new business goals.
- Ensure all service work and inspections exceed customer expectations through proper performance and timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the Service team to review current work, strategize new customer acquisition, and respond to customer inquiries or concerns.
- Conduct frequent customer visits to monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports related to service.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the fire sprinkler industry.
- Ability to utilize sales management and Microsoft Office software.
- Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred.
- Prior experience working within the service environment is preferable.
- Excellent communication, detail orientation, and organizational skills.
- NICET certification is preferred.
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
