Responsibilities
- Scheduling manpower as needed for assigned jobs
- Responsible for managing Installation hours
- Scheduling appropriate inspections with AHJ and obtaining documentation
- Able to forecast accurate installation projections
- Responsible for submitting accurate timecards
- Innovating and result-driven mentality
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation
- Minimum of 3 years in project management roles
- Strong familiarity with NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 25, and FM Global Standards
- Comprehensive understanding of Fire Sprinkler Design principles, including Wet, Dry, Preaction, and Deluge systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
