- Work with Fire Sprinkler Construction Manager
- Responsible for quality and code compliant designs
- Responsible Monthly Design Labor Finances
- Responsible for Monthly Material Finances
- Responsible for Monthly Billings

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in fire protection or related industry
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and codes
- Proficient in estimation software and project management tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license
