- Work with Fire Sprinkler Pre-Construction Manager
- Manage / Work with Project Managers
- Responsible for quality and code compliant installations
- Responsible Monthly Installation Labor Finances
- Responsible for Monthly Billings
- Innovating and result driven mentality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in fire protection or related industry
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and codes
- Proficient in estimation software and project management tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license
