Fire Protection Trade Manager - Commercial Construction

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of fire protection systems in commercial construction projects. Ensures compliance with local and national building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of fire protection systems in commercial construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and standards.
• Manage project teams to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure proper functioning of fire protection systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
• Experience managing construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Pay
