Key Responsibilities
- Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements
- Ensure all contracts comply with company standards, legal requirements, and project specifications
- Track and manage contract lifecycle from execution through closeout
- Support project teams with contract interpretation and compliance requirements
- Manage and track change orders, amendments, and contract modifications
- Maintain organized contract documentation within company systems (Procore, ShareFile, Vista, etc.)
- Cook up coordination with legal counsel, project managers, and leadership on contract-related issues
- Monitor insurance requirements, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
- Aid in risk identification and mitigation strategies on active projects
- Ensure timely execution of contracts to support project schedules
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in contract administration within construction (electrical contractor preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and project documentation
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial or industrial projects (data center experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Vista, or similar platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
