Responsibilities
- Learn and master the company’s products and industry techniques
- Develop and execute a business plan alongside the Regional Sales Manager
- Establish and nurture relationships with contractors, engineers, and project owners
- Cook up and coordinate with inside sales and engineering teams to meet customer needs
- Education customers on the benefits and value of the company solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with an openness to various educational backgrounds
- 5-7 years of sales experience, ideally in the commercial construction or mechanical product sector
- Proven history of building long-term relationships in a sales context
- Demonstrated achievements in sales, ideally selling value-added products
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and project management skills
