Fire Protection Sales Representative

About the role

Vulcan Fire Protection Services Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our fire protection service business. This position will focus primarily on developing new customers and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is a driven relationship-builder who can identify opportunities, earn customer trust, and grow long-term recurring service accounts.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and customer outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, and contractors.
• Sell recurring fire protection inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services.
• Identify additional service opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Prepare proposals and service agreements.
• Follow up on leads and proposals and close new business.
• Coordinate with service technicians and management to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Meet established sales and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Sales or business development experience preferred.
• Fire protection, construction, or service-industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to travel to clients as needed.
