Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections and routine maintenance of fire sprinkler and alarm systems.
- Perform repairs on malfunctioning or damaged systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Ensure all fire suppression equipment meets the required safety standards and operational effectiveness.
- Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their systems.
- Respond to emergency service calls as required.
- Work collaboratively with the fire protection team to ensure a high standard of service and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in fire system inspections and service, specifically with fire alarm, sprinkler or kitchen hood suppression systems.
- Proficient in the use of power and hand tools.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training in fire protection systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
