What You'll Do
- Review fire protection design features for compliance with NFPA, UFC, and applicable safety regulations.
- Evaluate fire suppression and detection system documentation, test data, and acceptance materials.
- Cook up coordination with design teams, stakeholders, and installation fire department representatives.
- Prepare written recommendations, review summaries, and technical memoranda supporting QA objectives.
- Provide subject matter input, mentorship, and training on fire protection engineering standards.
Must-Have Qualifications
- ABET-accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10+ years of fire protection engineering experience.
- Strong working knowledge of NFPA and UFC compliance standards.
- Design Experience And Government Project Experience Required.
- Strong written technical communication skills.
