We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Fire Protection/Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design fire protection and plumbing systems (e.g., sprinkler layouts, fire pump sizing, piping, sanitary, medical gas, domestic water heating, ductwork).
  • Perform system calculations, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, and equipment selections.
  • Develop construction documents and job-specific specifications.
  • Conduct field investigations, site visits, and construction inspections.
  • Cookordination with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Serve as Engineer of Record and mentor junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with codes such as NFPA, ASHRAE, and IBC.
  • High proficiency in computer-aided design tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare Experience is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
  • Experience: 8+ years as a licensed professional engineer
  • Computer Skills: Revit, Auto CAD, MEP, MS Office Suite, Trace 3D
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current PE License (required), NCEES Registration, Licensed in at least one U.S. state, Certified Plumbing Designer (Preferred), LEED, Green Globes, or other sustainability credentials (Preferred)

Pay Range

Ranges from $120,000.00 Annually to $180,000.00 Annually
