Become a Volunteer

The South Lake Fire Safe Council is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing wild fire hazards through fuel reduction and education. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month from 2 to 3:30 PM at the Middletown Fire Station on Highway 175.

• Bring your ideas and skills to contribute to the community's fire safety efforts.
• Volunteer opportunities include participating in the chipping program, providing reflective address signs, and offering resources through their website.
• Meetings are open to anyone interested in contributing to fire prevention initiatives.

Meeting Details

Meetings take place on the first Wednesday of each month at 2 PM at the Middletown Fire Station on Highway 175. Parking is available in the back of the station.
