Key Responsibilities
- Install, program, inspect, and service commercial and industrial fire alarm systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct system testing and verification in accordance with NFPA, state, and local codes.
- Document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete installations on time and within scope.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent Service Fire, Inc. with professionalism.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a fire alarm technician in commercial/industrial environments.
- Current Fire Alarm License (FAL) in the State of Texas required.
- Strong troubleshooting and service experience preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of NFPA codes, standards, and testing requirements.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and interpreting technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Schedule
- Full-Time – Monday through Friday
- Occasional overtime may be available based on project demand.
Work Location
- On-site at commercial and industrial client facilities throughout Texas.
- Travel between job sites using a company vehicle will be required.
