Fire Alarm Service Inspector
Job Summary
The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a dedicated Fire Alarm Service Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our fire protection and safety solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and innovation in comprehensive fire protection services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on Fire Alarm and Suppression Life Safety Systems.
Identify and diagnose issues with fire alarm and suppression systems.
Provide customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
Manage job scheduling and job progress in an efficient and cost-effective manner, with a strong focus on quality.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
Complete and submit all required task-related, activity, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Follow all safety regulations and practices.
Ensure proper maintenance and care of equipment – trucks, lifts, tools, etc.
Pay & Benefits
Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 / Hourly. The posted salary range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position at the time of posting and is provided in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual starting pay will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location (where applicable), and market considerations. Not all candidates will be hired at the top of the posted range. The posted range reflects base salary only and does not include any applicable bonuses, commissions, overtime, or the value of employee benefits.
