About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing fire alarm and security systems in commercial buildings. Must possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fire alarm and security systems in commercial buildings
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues
• Install new systems as needed
• Communicate effectively with building management and occupants

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with fire alarm and security systems
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of fire codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
