Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, internal teams, and regulatory authorities.
- Cook up cross-functional teams and oversee project execution and performance.
- Monitor risks, manage project documentation, and provide regular project updates.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Mandatory experience with Fire Alarm Projects.
- Proven Project Management experience in technical or construction-related environments.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project management methodologies.
- Able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP, NICET, SET, OSHA, or similar certifications.
- Tech background in installation, engineering, service, or field supervision.
- Experience working with inspectors, fire marshals, or regulatory agencies.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
Work Environment and Location
Location: Remote
Work shift: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM (Arizona timezone)
