About the role

This position involves multiple roles, including working with hardware and software related to commercial, residential, and industrial fire alarm systems. You will install, program, test, and troubleshoot fire alarm system panels, devices, and wiring while adhering to state, local, and national codes. The role requires managing your schedule, traveling to multiple projects daily, and collaborating in a team environment to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with hardware and software related to commercial, residential, and industrial fire alarm systems
• Receive training and certifications related to fire alarm systems as needed
• Install, program, test, and troubleshoot fire alarm system panels, devices, and wiring
• Understand the role of fire alarm systems in building life safety, potentially saving lives or property
• Adhere to state, local, and national codes governing fire alarm systems
• Manage and schedule your time to meet customer deadlines and needs
• Travel and manage multiple projects daily
• Work in a team environment to achieve common goals
