About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission new fire alarm systems
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning alarms and related equipment
- Provide technical support to building maintenance staff
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with local fire codes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in electrical work or related field
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
