About the role
Assist with the testing and inspection of fire-alarm systems in assigned buildings. Identify and report any problems or deficiencies found in the systems you inspect. Maximize customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Test and inspect commercial fire-alarm systems within assigned buildings.
- Identify and report problems or discrepancies found in the systems you inspect.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with all inspections and testing.
- Maintain and monitor fire-alarm panels.
- Interact with building owner or building engineer prior to, during, and following completion of the testing process.
- Review reports and initiate next steps as necessary.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Qualifications
- Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Experience: 1 year relevant field service or customer service.
- Preferred Experience (but Not Required): Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronics, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation.
