About the role

Responsible for installing and maintaining fire alarm and electronic security systems in commercial and residential buildings. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Install and commission fire alarm and security systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems
  • Respond to emergency calls to ensure system functionality
  • Provide technical support to building management and occupants

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Knowledge of fire alarm and security systems installation and maintenance

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of related experience in fire alarm or security systems installation
  • Experience with various brands of fire alarm and security systems
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Skills

  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical stamina for climbing ladders and working at heights
