About the role

We are seeking Fintech Specialists to join our talent network and be matched with fintech-focused roles across payments, digital banking, lending, crypto, embedded finance, and financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, launch, or optimization of fintech products and platforms
• Analyze financial systems, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions
• Evaluate fintech tools, APIs, and vendors
• Support go-to-market initiatives, partnerships, or client implementations

Requirements

• Ideal candidate profile: 2–6+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, consulting, product, or strategy roles
• Strong understanding of areas such as: Payments, lending, digital banking, or financial infrastructure
• APIs, data flows, and fintech platforms
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus
