Finishing Operator

About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing sustainable packaging solutions that meet environmental standards while maintaining product integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in sustainable packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new sustainable packaging materials and processes.
• Evaluate and implement eco-friendly production methods to reduce waste and energy consumption.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source sustainable materials.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards related to sustainable packaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with life cycle assessment tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and other environmental management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

$75,000 - $90,000 annually.
