About the role
Responsible for developing and implementing sustainable packaging solutions that meet environmental standards while maintaining product integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in sustainable packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new sustainable packaging materials and processes.
- Evaluate and implement eco-friendly production methods to reduce waste and energy consumption.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source sustainable materials.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards related to sustainable packaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with life cycle assessment tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and other environmental management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

$75,000 - $90,000 annually.
