Finishing Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Rotates regularly to perform the basket return, hand packing of gloves, and glove pull-off former tasks.

Qualifications

• Able to stand on floor performing tasks for a 12-hour period
• Able to perform manual hand packing of gloves at rate
• Able to pay attention to detail

Working conditions

• Work Hours: Position operates in 12-hour shifts, overtime compensated according to labor laws, 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute rest breaks per shift.
• Safety Standards: Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), regular safety drills, clearly marked emergency exits and first aid stations.
• Work Environment: Standing for extended periods, walking around the facility, squatting, occasional lifting or moving heavy objects, well-ventilated and adequately lit workspaces, exposure to extreme temperatures, designated smoking areas outside of the facility.
