We have an energetic team, innovative products, and state-of-the-art systems ready to support our expanding sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily execution of the finishing production plan and schedule
• Able to manage, produce, and maintain quality standards of the finishing line (paint, prime, stain)
• Analyzing and problem solving
• Direct interaction with the team to achieve the Plant’s goals of growth and profitability
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to measure safety, quality, and productivity

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with expanding a finishing department
• Excellent communication skills with team members and management
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Quality focused
• Ability to meet all goals and objectives as assigned in a timely, efficient manner
• Experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment
