Finishing Coordinator

Position Overview Finishing Coordinator will Review production schedule for Finishing and prioritizes Finishing floor logistics. Additionally, Finishing Coordinator Receives written and verbal instructions from the supervisor concerning production requirements and procedure changes or problems Areas of Focus Finishing Coordinator will review work operations to ensure production levels are maintained, and that equipment is repaired and running. Additionally, Finishing Coordinator focuses on providing direction, instructions and training as needed. Responsibilities Stages materials and ensures equipment set up is confirmed Prepares equipment, materials, schedules, etc., for next shift Can perform all assigned duties of Level III Formation & Finishing Operator Performs performance-based audits Must have ability to operate a wide variety of tools and instruments such as multi meter, hand tools, power tools, etc. Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of all Finishing machinery and subsystems Meet all quality standards and requirements Completes performance metrics, production and other reports and documentation as required; data entry as required Verify that quality assurance documentation standards are being met Must be able to read Bill of Materials Report production into Plex Comply with all safety requirements and proper use of PPE Understand and practice the Quality policy Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two years’ experience in a production environment Read, write and speak English Writing skills enough to complete correspondence and reports Performs basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Proficient in Microsoft software products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and any department specific computer programs if you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
