In this role, you will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, wallboard, stucco and concrete after plumbing projects are completed. The ideal candidate is hard-working and dedicated to producing quality work. If you are an experienced finisher or handyman with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Follow all safety rules and regulationsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentUse blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials neededRepair surfaces such as stucco, concrete, drywall and texture after plumbers have finished. Install fixtures and materials such as flooring, trim, and hardware.Interact with customers, suppliers, and other plumbing professionals Qualifications Previous experience as a carpenter, general contractor or handyman is preferredStrong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurementsAbility to read and take action on blueprintsAbility to safely operate hand and power carpentry toolsKnowledge of building regulations and codesAbility to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
