Finisher / Assembly

Schedule

6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime available on Friday and Saturday.

Attendance bonus and retention bonus of $240 every two weeks.

About the Role

Responsible for performing various tasks involving the movement of materials, production line assignments, and wood floor installation in a manufacturing facility. Incumbents are also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by their supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
• Follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
• Assemble items as instructed by the floor supervisor.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Uphold all OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.
• Clean up work area daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other manufacturing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 60 pounds consistently.
• Must have the ability to use and read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form.
• Willingness to learn and a dependable work ethic.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be at work on time.

If you have any type of carpentry, wiring, or mechanical experience, you most likely qualify.

Pay

Retention bonus of $240 every two weeks.
