Coors Remodeling, Inc. is hiring a full-time Finish Trim Carpentry Laborer to join our team in Lafayette, IN. In this role, you'll take on the exciting challenge of cutting and installing trim—whether it's framing windows, doors, baseboards, or adding ornamental touches like crown moldings and fireplace mantels. No day resembles the last; alongside trim work, you'll dive into a diverse array of tasks spanning siding, framing, drywall, window installation, decks, and additions. This position is ideal for a versatile "jack of all trades" who thrives on daily variety but specializes in expertly handling trim and molding projects.

Responsibilities

• Cut and install trim including framing windows, doors, baseboards, crown moldings, and fireplace mantels
• Perform siding, framing, drywall, window installation, decks, and additions

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a trim carpenter
• Strong knowledge of trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, molding installation, and staircases
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated and organized
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Qualifications

• Experience with siding, windows, doors, decks, and roofs would be a plus

Pay

Competitive wage ranging from $28 to $32 per hour
