About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to civil construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking a Finish Skip Loader to join our crew.
Responsibilities
- Operate finish skip loader equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles
- Participate in regular safety meetings and follow all safety protocols
- Assist with project cleanup and organization
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Strong physical fitness and manual dexterity
Qualifications
- Proficient in operating finish skip loaders and associated machinery
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Skills
- Skilled in material handling
- Knowledgeable in safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
