Finish (Production) - 2nd Shift Job

Responsibilities

• sanding, staining, sealing and topcoating wood products
• ensure safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment
• communicate with team to ensure safety, quality, and delivery expectations
• start up, shut down, and perform preventative maintenance on machines
• verify the accuracy and completeness of paperwork
• report key information to supervisors

Qualifications

• detail-oriented
• ability to work independently or as part of a team
• dependable, punctual, good attendance
• ability to interact well with others
• some knowledge of wood products and finishing preferred
• 1-3 years of past manufacturing experience preferred
