Finish Floater

Responsibilities

• Possess an eye for color
• Have good hand/eye coordination
• Work well with co-workers and supervisors
• Be flexible to work in all areas of finish
• Jump into any finish-area task such as spraying, inspecting, sealing, sanding, or repairs

Qualifications

• Ability to meet quality specifications and standards
• Experience with or ability to be trained in stain, glaze, wash coat, lacquer and repair
• Must be able to work independently without immediate supervision
