Requirements

• Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor’s License or Trade License
• General Liability Insurance
• Worker’s Compensation Insurance
• Must pass Background check and Motor Vehicle Report with the following restrictions:
  • No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving in the past 5 years
  • No felonies
  • No misdemeanors involving theft, fraud, or damages to persons (assault) or property

Tasks

• Install baseboard, casing, crown molding, and wainscoting
• Assemble and install doors, hardware, built-ins, or custom millwork
• Sand, caulk, and prep finished surfaces
• Perform jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction
