Finish Blade / Motor Grader Operator

About the role

Responsible for operating and maintaining finish blade/motor grader equipment to perform grading tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate finish blade/motor grader equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform grading tasks as directed
• Maintain equipment according to manufacturer’s guidelines
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of construction equipment operation

Qualifications

• Physical ability to operate heavy machinery
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail

Skills

• Proficient in operating finish blade/motor grader equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good communication skills
