About the role

As the Fine Jewelry Supervisor at JCPenney you will supervise and engage a team of Fine Jewelry associates to deliver an amazing shopping experience that delights customers and builds long‑term loyalty. You will provide great customer service and sales leadership, schedule coverage, and execute the elements that drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – Model and hold the team accountable for outstanding service, actively listen to customer issues to resolve problems, and maximize sales and service by ensuring appropriate staffing and scheduling. Drive planning and execution of events and credit‑card acquisition.
• Sales – Challenge yourself and the team to drive profitable sales growth through supervision and engagement. Coach and develop associates by modeling JCPenney’s values to build lasting customer relationships that boost productivity and sales.
• Merchandise Flow & Placement – Provide direction and support to ensure merchandise flows to the floor efficiently, maintain stock levels, and uphold presentation standards for customers.
• Team Development – Partner with store management to source and hire hourly talent, play an active role in training and development, coach in the moment, address performance issues, and collaborate with the General Manager on succession planning.
• Performance Standards – Consistently meet established standards, including shrink and safety initiatives, omnichannel execution, scheduling efficiency, associate relations, engagement, profit, productivity, and attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay

USD $19.00 per hour – USD $23.75 per hour.
