About the Role

Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Support operational standards, merchandise presentation, and loss prevention efforts. Cross-train to assist in multiple store areas, promote credit and loyalty programs, process transactions accurately, and participate in store recovery and safety initiatives. Uphold merchandising standards and contribute to a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
