About the role

Every renewal season, instructors and institutions decide whether to keep using Macmillan Learning's materials and that decision usually comes down to a relationship, not a reminder email. As an Account Manager, you'll own that relationship for a portfolio of accounts. You'll get to know what each customer is actually trying to accomplish, keep ahead of renewal risk instead of reacting to it, and find real opportunities to grow how they use our products, not just close a transaction. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support so that from the customer's side, it feels like one coordinated team, not a series of handoffs.
