Your Impactful Role

• Inspire Leadership: Motivate and guide our team of mentors, fostering a positive and empowering environment for program participants.
• Lead by Example: Serve as a mentor yourself, sharing your expertise and experience to uplift the women in our program.
• Support Volunteers: Regularly check in with program volunteers to provide encouragement and offer assistance where needed.
• Financial Expertise: If you have experience in budgeting, financial planning, or personal finance, we'd love to leverage your knowledge to help our participants achieve financial stability and independence.
• Emotional Intelligence: Utilize your high emotional intelligence and empathy to connect with program members, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to outline project objectives and develop strategic plans for program implementation.
• Identify best practices and innovative approaches from successful organizations to inform our program development.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss research progress and align strategies with organizational goals.

Role Requirements

• Background in leadership, finance, and/or mentorship.
• Availability during EST office hours for virtual meetings and collaboration.
• A high level of confidentiality and respect for sensitive information.
