Financial TEST Position

Key Responsibilities

• To support our further growth in North America, we are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Associate to join our Corporate Finance & M&A department.
• You will be positioned to form a reliable colleague for our internationally operating team.
• Your primary activities will include corporate M&A, arranging debt financing for NewCold greenfield warehouse projects, arranging debt financing for potential acquisitions and refinancing of existing operations.

Main Tasks and Duties

• Corporate M&A, including coordination of acquisition and divestment processes in cold storage and adjacent sectors.
• Go out to the credit market to finance NewCold's greenfield projects.
• Explore the credit market for new banks and alternative financing solutions to finance our evolving operations.
• Negotiation with external parties of term sheets, facilities agreements, security agreements, tripartite agreements, etc.
• External communication with banks, advisors, lawyers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Internal coordination and communication with all relevant NewCold departments to execute due diligence, valuation, KYC processes and transaction documentation.
• Work towards aligning and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Preparation of financial models, financing memorandums and other information which is requested by external parties.
• Monitor existing financing solutions in coordination with the central and local team.
• Close interaction with Treasury Department about cash management, interest rate risk and currency risk solutions.

• Proficiency in preparing financial models, financing memorandums and other information requested by external parties.
• Experience monitoring and managing existing financing solutions.
• Understanding of cash management, interest rate risk and currency risk solutions.
