Financial Systems & Automation Analyst II or III
for each section heading. Inside each, use
for prose,
- for lists.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to include all details from posting.
Let's craft.
About the role: combine the intro paragraph(s). There's also a later summary paragraph maybe duplicate; but we should not duplicate content. We'll include the initial paragraph only. The later summary paragraph seems like a repeat of responsibilities; but it's part of "Other Requirements". Might be considered substantive but duplicates. We could include it under Skills or Requirements? But to avoid duplication, maybe we can include it as part of Skills? However the instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we omit that paragraph, we are losing some info (though it's similar). But it's basically a repeat of earlier content; still it's substantive. Safer to include it somewhere, maybe under Skills as a prose paragraph.
But we need to decide where to place it. The "Other Requirements" bullet list includes items; the final paragraph is not a bullet but a sentence. Could be placed under Requirements as a prose paragraph.
Let's treat "Other Requirements" as part of Requirements section (since they are requirements). We'll include the bullet list and the final paragraph as a
. Now Requirements: include Education/Years Of Experience details (two levels) and Other Requirements bullet list and final paragraph. We need to format Education/Years Of Experience: maybe as a
- with two items: one for Analyst II, one for Analyst III.
But we need to preserve the detail: "Financial Systems & Automation Analyst II Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related major Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in the energy industry Preferred: CPA" and similarly for III.
We'll make each as a
- .
Now Qualifications: Additional Preferred Qualifications list: Energy Accounting experience preferred; Experience supporting financial systems, system implementations, or automation initiatives; Oracle ERP and EPM experience.
Also maybe CPA preferred is already in Requirements; but we could also list under Qualifications? But it's already there; we can keep only in Requirements.
Now Skills: list of skills: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority; Promotes effective cross-functional communication and collaboration within the team and across departments; Ability to understand and work with sophisticated business processes and financial systems; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills; Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
Also maybe the final paragraph from Other Requirements could be placed here as a prose paragraph describing the role's contribution. But we already used that paragraph under Requirements? Might be duplicate. Let's think: The final paragraph: "Ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data by resolving system issues, maintaining database structures, and analyzing key datasets. They provide user support and deliver technical training on financial systems, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. Staying current on financial technologies and accounting practices, they contribute to system efficiency and data reliability across the organization."
That is a summary of responsibilities; could be placed under Responsibilities as a prose paragraph, but we already have a bullet list. Might be okay to add as a
after the list. But we need to avoid duplication. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; if we omit that paragraph, we lose some info (though it's similar). Safer to include it somewhere, maybe under Responsibilities as a prose paragraph after the list. Thus Responsibilities: bullet list + that paragraph. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. Structure:

But we might want to group those skill items under Skills section instead of Requirements. The spec allows Skills section. Let's move those bullet/paragraph items to Skills. Thus Requirements only includes Education/Years Of Experience. Skills includes the list of skill statements. Qualifications includes Additional Preferred Qualifications. Let's adjust. Requirements: just the two education/experience items. Skills: list of skill statements (maybe as- ).
Qualifications: list of preferred qualifications.
Now ensure we haven't missed any substantive info: The "Other Requirements" bullet list we moved to Skills. The final paragraph we placed under Responsibilities.
Now check for any leftover: The "Additional Preferred Qualifications" includes Energy Accounting experience preferred, Experience supporting financial systems, system implementations, or automation initiatives, Oracle ERP and EPM experience. Good.
