Responsibilities
- Perform technical program management activities to support planning, coordination, and oversight of program efforts.
- Aid with program budgeting, including cost estimating, funding analysis, and monitoring budget execution.
- Support program scheduling, ensuring alignment between financial plans, milestones, and resource needs.
- Conduct trade-off analysis to evaluate cost, schedule, and performance impacts of program decisions.
- Perform lifecycle costing to assess total program cost from initiation through sustainment.
- Support risk management by identifying risks, evaluating impacts, and tracking mitigation strategies.
- Assess program supportability, including maintainability, logistics planning, and long-term sustainment needs.
- Aid with Test & Evaluation planning, data analysis, and documentation.
- Contribute to requirements development, ensuring financial and programmatic considerations are incorporated into program objectives.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain program data accuracy within financial and management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Presentation and briefing skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing government technical acquisition programs, or military experience E4 and up.
