About the Role

This is a fully on-site role located in our Indianapolis, Indiana branches. As a Financial Solutions Expert (FSE), you will serve as a partner and consultant to members, collaborating with sales and operations teams to deliver an excellent experience. You will provide trusted advice, promote and sell products and services, and help empower members to achieve financial success.

Responsibilities

• Effectively navigate the loan process for consumer and mortgage loans.
• Proactively complete outbound sales calls for member follow-up and acquisition of new business.
• Transform service issues into sales opportunities.
• Assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in table events and other outside SEG presentations.
• Promote technology usage by interacting with members.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities to meet branch goals and objectives.
• Support branch staffing needs by working at other branch locations/departments as needed.
• Explain, promote, and sell all products and services to current and prospective members.
• Maintain well-rounded knowledge of all products and services.
• Build relationships with employees across all company departments.
• Continue professional growth through industry learning opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of college and 3 years of financial institution or retail experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Proficient at working with multiple computer and software systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to leverage skills, knowledge, and experience to invest in the community.
• Ability to foster an inclusive environment that promotes belonging.
• Focus on respect and excellent service to both external and internal (team) members.
• Proven track record of integrity with a demonstrated ability to build trust.

Pay

Additional sales incentive compensation is earned in this role.
