As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including dedicated and personalized classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. Once licensed, you will learn foundational skills to become an advisor, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships while guiding clients through their complex financial needs.
After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center delivering core banking, investment solutions, and client care. Successful progression in this role typically leads to advancement as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will deepen client relationships within a portfolio. The Academy will provide ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout your career journey.
This position requires SAFE Act registration. You must register with the federal registry system, pass a background check, and maintain good standing. Failure to comply may result in termination.
Responsibilities
- Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within specified timelines (SIE within 30 days, Series 7 and 66 within 120 days).
- Build and manage client relationships using a consultative approach to identify needs and recommend solutions.
- Leverage Bank of America’s extensive client network to grow your business.
- Provide end-to-end financial advice, deliver client reviews, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Collaborate with banking and investment partners to connect clients with comprehensive solutions from Bank of America and Merrill.
- Execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing client interests.
- Adapt to new technologies and applications to enhance client service.

Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays.
- Full-time role (40 hours per week, 1st shift).
This position is open across the market, with training at one financial center followed by a potential phone-based role until a permanent financial center location is assigned within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, as permitted by applicable law.
