Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate Consumer Investments - Hulen Mall Financial Center

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
• Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs
• Trips client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele

Requirements

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
• Self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
• Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications

Qualifications

• Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience

Schedule

• This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs.
• If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center, and then potentially begin your role in a phone based capacity until another financial center location has been determined to move to that is within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• The position is available for Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays.
