About the role
This role provides comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners, and meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals. This position may involve residential mortgage loan origination and requires SAFE Act registration, including background checks. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.
Responsibilities
- Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals using brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking or money-managed solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and refers clients to appropriate internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
Requirements
- Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on prioritizing client interests in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (minimum education requirement).
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) (desired).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience (desired).
