Responsibilities
- Guide clients through financial planning processes
- Provide personalized advice on life insurance, retirement planning, and financial protection
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
- Conduct initial consultations and follow-up meetings to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Interest in financial services and customer service
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
