Financial Services Tax - Real Estate Senior Manager
About the role
As part of the Real Estate team you are expected to provide exceptional technical knowledge and specialization and industry insights, coupled with the One Firm knowledge that brings everything PwC offers to solve our clients' needs. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale projects to achieve successful outcomes
- Innovate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain exceptional standards of operational excellence in every activity
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success
- Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open communication
- Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems
- Serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging specialized knowledge and industry trends
- Provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

- In-depth knowledge of tax compliance for REITs
- Knowledge of partnership structures and tax liabilities
- Tech skills in real estate tax services
- Building and utilizing networks of client relationships

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
