Financial Services Tax - Real Estate Senior Manager
About the role
The opportunity is within the Financial Services Tax practice, specifically in the Corporate Tax services department. You will advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, act as a strategic consultant for business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing for partners. Additionally, you will assist organizations in understanding the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties and provide advice on the tax implications of deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale projects to achieve successful outcomes
- Innovate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain exceptional standards of operational excellence in every activity
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success
- Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open communication
- Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems
- Serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging specialized knowledge and industry trends
- Provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of tax compliance for REITs
- Knowledge of partnership structures and tax liabilities
- Technical skills in real estate tax services
- Building and utilizing networks of client relationships
- Managing resource requirements and project workflow
- Creating an atmosphere of trust in teams
- Developing new relationships and selling new services
- Innovating through new and existing technologies
- Utilizing digitization tools to enhance engagements
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
