Financial Services Tax - Real Estate Manager
About the role
As part of the Financial Services Tax team, you are expected to provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager, you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables.

- Independently solve and analyze complex problems
- Utilize PwC's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs
- Drive digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements

- Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of tax compliance for Real Estate Trusts
- Knowledge of partnership structures and real estate transactions
- In-depth technical skills in real estate tax services
- Experience identifying and addressing client needs
- Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships
- Success as tax technical business advisor
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services
- Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies
Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
