About the role

The opportunity is within the Financial Services Tax team, offering benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop team members to achieve exceptional deliverables
Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams
Independently solve and analyze complex problems
Utilize PwC's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs
Drive digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements
Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance
Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
4 years of experience
CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of tax compliance for Real Estate Trusts
Knowledge of partnership structures and real estate transactions
In-depth technical skills in real estate tax services
Experience identifying and addressing client needs
Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships
Success as tax technical business advisor
Familiarity with CRM systems
Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services
Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
