About the Role
Assists the CFO/Finance Director and Financial Services Manager with processing accounts payable transactions and other general administrative and finance department duties.

- Perform general administrative and finance department duties
Requirements
- Minimum: Associate’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with one year of experience in Accounts Payable
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with one year of experience in Accounts Payable and one year of experience in payroll
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass a physical examination, comprehensive fingerprinted criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen (negative result required for Amphetamines, Cannabinoids—including Marijuana/THC—Cocaine, Opiates, and Phencyclidine/PCP; marijuana is prohibited regardless of legal prescription)

Pay
Associate’s Degree: $18.40/hour
Bachelor’s Degree or higher: $20.94/hour
Schedule
Full-time, year-round (12 months), non-exempt, hourly position.
Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (August–May) and 35 hours per week (June–July).
